2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account on onx bat. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms, and all such accounts will be closed immediately. Funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information

It is mandatory to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration, including full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and valid payment details. If an account is opened with false information, onx bat reserves the right to suspend or cancel that account at any time.

2.3 Account Verification

onx bat may request a national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents for identity verification at any time if required. Verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.

2.4 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is your own responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. The user is responsible for all activities carried out through their own account.

At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. Providing false information about age will result in account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited. In addition, the user must meet the general eligibility requirements to participate in online gaming and betting activities under the applicable laws of Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

5.1 Welcome Bonus

onx bat offers new users a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This means the bonus funds must be wagered 25 times before any withdrawal from the bonus is made.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Betting Limits

Breaching these prohibitions will result in immediate suspension or closure of the account, and the balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Suspension by onx bat

onx bat may temporarily suspend any account for investigation due to breach of terms, suspicious activity, failure to provide verification documents, or security reasons. After the investigation, a decision will be made to restore or permanently close the account.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account voluntarily. In that case, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw eligible funds from their balance. Those experiencing problem gambling may wish to consider the self-exclusion option.
